Our very own Karen and Kelsey were invited to speak at NCHRSD’s August Human Resources event to share about Fenton’s wellness program and our focus on the employee experience!

They spoke about the value of listening to employees to learn what well-being experiences matter the most, and how introducing the Wellable app gave our team a variety of ways to engage in activities, compete, and earn rewards.
