SAN DIEGO – For the sixth consecutive year, H.G. Fenton Company has been awarded top national honors based on resident satisfaction for its 11 San Diego County apartment communities combining 2,800 apartment homes in total.

SatisFacts Research, LLC, the multifamily industry’s premier resident satisfaction research provider, honored H.G. Fenton Company with two National Portfolio Awards. The first award recognizes H.G. Fenton Company for achieving a “top five” portfolio score for companies with 2,000 to 4,999 apartment units; the second was awarded for achieving a superior portfolio score for resident satisfaction.

The awards are based on a national survey by SatisFacts in which residents of more than 150,000 apartment units throughout the United States evaluate the success and quality of their community’s resident relations management program.

The 11 H.G. Fenton communities evaluated in the recent SatisFacts survey are:  Scripps Landing in Scripps Ranch, 160 homes; Solana Highlands in Solana Beach, 194 homes; Seagate in Carlsbad, 272 homes; Tierrasanta Ridge and El Dorado Hills in Tierrasanta, 356 and 455 homes respectively; Club River Run and River Front in Mission Valley, 368 and 229 homes; Creek View and Evening Creek in Sabre Springs, 133 and 139 homes; Bella Del Mar in Del Mar, 96 homes; Portofino in Mission Valley, 396 homes.

H.G. Fenton is also underway on Aquatera, an exciting new urban community in Mission Valley. Located in an amenity-rich setting near dining and shopping, the community will feature 254 well-appointed apartment homes ranging in size from 729 to 1,394 square feet and a 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art clubhouse.
